Pin It What a wonderful weekend! After getting the groceries and all of that out of the way (and a quick Costco run) Wes and I had a great time Saturday hanging out with Nate and Dad while they worked on Clifford (Nate's truck). While the boys worked on removing the engine, I relaxed in the sun enjoying my company. Those boys and their jokes, I swear.
Sunday morning Wes and I went to the Easter service at church where we got to spend time with Grandma Vereb and say hi to some dear friends. After, we headed over to the Jensen house to enjoy our annual Easter celebration. Uncle Randy hid the eggs (too well) and Grandma Jensen made quite the feast! Chrissa and Joel joined us for Easter again this year, we sure love having them! It was so much fun.
After, we went over to Rick & Laura's for our Sunday night ritual of The Apprentice: Celebrity Edition and some of Laura's AMAZING Banana Split Pie (worth dying for, trust me).
This week is jam packed! The Paul Mitchell HairPeace Hair Show @ Blush in Santa Barbara is on Thursday. Please try to join us, it is going to be amazing! Saturday is the clothing swap at Coastline Bible, probably the best idea since sliced bread. It's only $10 to enter (all donated to a great cause) and however many bags of clothing you bring is how many bags of clothing you get to leave with. I cannot wait! It couldn't have come with better timing, Wes and I are working on cleaning out everything right now in anticipation of our move on May 15th.
Yes, we are moving AGAIN. We are nomadic, it must be in our blood. At least this time we were smart enough to get a PO BOX, especially after how magnificently the US Postal Service handled our last address change (extreme undertones of sarcasm). To be honest, this one isn't by choice. We have to do what we have to do to get by and we both know that this is the right decision for us at this time. It will be sad to pack away our life for a while, but it will all be worth it in the end.
So for now, we are selling any unnecessary belongings (plans to have a garage sales on April 24th) and sorting sorting sorting.
Cheers to a new start.
